Vortex update all mods.
Everythign worked great until today, where, after a Vortex update, somehow a mod or file seems to override almost all my mods. The game is basically vanilla with an ENB now. I have not downloaded any new files, nor have I changed anything before this problem occured. Vortex does not tell me what it is that is causing these …

The only time I needed visual reordering was because merge plugins needs the plugins to load consecutively. Visual reordering could be added behind a hidden advanced mode though.
