So the other thing is the size of the tent packed up. I heard the shiftpod 2 is quite big and wonder if it would be able to fit in my 2 door 2021 bronco with the seats folded down. Second question is heating/cooling. I know this tent was designed for the desert but people have said it’s great for winter camping too.
The SHIFTPOD was now being regularly used by different groups of people every night — most of which had never used a SHIFTPOD before. So, as with most things being used for their first time, it was taking a bit of an extra beating as guests familiarized themselves with it. One thing is for sure — all the guests loved it!
The internal frame can be used for hanging lightweight stuff, definitely. You can just weave your lights around it, and hang a big overhead light from the top. You don't want to hang anything really heavy, because it collapses to the inside and locks by pushing out.
