Jan 4, 2018 · Liz. A signal level of 100% may be higher since the display only goes to 100. Perhaps the signal is too strong and overloading the tuner. Something on your cable feed may have changed and the tech will check your signal levels. For a basic Roamio or Bolt a level of 90% and SNR of 36dB is very good. The Plus and Bolt+ are different.

The correct answer is to disable the MOCA network and get the DVR working right 1st. Call and have TiVo activated, signing up for lifetime if preferred. After installing and calling up to get it paired and restarting the TiVo it now works again. The process was not painless but at least things are working again for the time being.
