The Axis Slim worked perfect for my G43 but when I used the same style for the larger frames, it just made the holster too unwieldy and uncomfortable for my frame (5'6", 130lbs). I don't carry the G43 anymore, either the G48, G19, or G17 and they're all in LAS Concealment Saya 2.0s. The Axis Elite is a very well made holster. It is certainly the best sidecar style holster I have used. However, the sidecar design is inherently flawed. If you are dead-set on carrying a sidecar style holster, despite their shortcomings, make it a Tier 1 Concealed Axis Elite. That being said, don't carry a sidecar style holster.

Upon further inspection, the holster seemed to be very well built and has very strong clips to hold it to the belt.
