Hi, I have a 1999 Suzuki DF70 4 stroke outboard that will not run with 4 spark plugs in it. It will start with 3 plugs in. It doesn't matter which plug is removed. I have replaced the spark plugs, fuel pump and the battery. They needed to be replaced. The Ignition coils read within limits when tested with an OHM Meter. Both
