It should give right around 2800 fps from a 22" barrel. Do start lower, though. The Sierra manual tops out at 43.7 grains, Nosler at 44.5, Speer at 45 and Hornady at just over 46. Hey, Has anyone ever used H4350 with 140gr projectiles in 7mm-08? How did it go? I'm going to save all my 120gr TTSX for my 280 AI, so I'm thinking of loading up 140gr E-Tips in my 7mm-08. I have IMR 4350, which Nosler has data for, but I'd really like to try and use up some of my H4350. Any help is appreciated.

While I don't have a 7-08 I have used IMR 4064 in .257 Roberts, .30-06 and .35 Whelen, in my experience it has given me better accuracy than Varget and RL-15. But who knows every rifle is an individual, might as well try Varget and RL-15 as they are good choices.
