In the video he mentions that it and the 14.5 (not the 14.3 Estonia barrel) are gassed specifically for 5.56. Hence they shoot so soft. The 16” piston barrel is gassed for all ammo types. The biggest difference was running them suppressed. The Shovelnose flipped to the suppressed setting runs so smoothly and the ejection pattern is essentially unchanged. The Specwar runs around 1-2 o'clock with an H1 and around 3 o'clock with an H2. It also has noticeably more gas in the face, at least for a lefty (cross-dominant) shooter like me.
