I spent days cold calling and driving to houses more than an hour away to try to talk people into medicare supplements. Its commission only with no benefits.

My experience is that Bankers Life is the most supportive place I’ve ever worked. You will never be berated for asking questions. They reward you for your hard work and you yourself can feel rewarded with your own hard work through the compensation structure. As far as entry level sales go Bankers Life is second to none.
