Just to clarify, although 450 is the cap it's not like you hit 450 and the Dino vanishes. You either have to upload it or leave it out when the servers update or restart for it to get deleted. But if it's in cryo it won't disappear even during updates. It's 450. So don't level past 449.

So if your island was already spawned with lower level dinos you're either going to have to wait till they kill each other off or do a wild dino wipe to get more higher level dinos to spawn. At least 1 parent has to be 19/20 edit for clarity cause i realized i didn't explain how mutation counter works: Mutator count is more of a show of the dinos' ancestry than it is how many mutations it currently has.
