Oddly, it seems that I can change the note on one of my alts, and not on the other. The one that can change it is level 20-ish and a different (lower) rank in the guild. The one that cannot change it is 50 and a higher (not the highest) rank in the guild. Even weirder: the level 50 character can apparently change anyone else's member note other ...
