I looked up how to reset to factory defaults in my enhanced owners manual and it says to press the settings button, rotate to system settings and press. Then select others, then rotate to factory data reset. Hi Gary! Try doing a hard reset. You can have the directions played through the speakers, but cannot get the map on the screen. For the audio, you don't need to do "play directions as Bluetooth phone call." It pops out of place and is attached to 4-5 of wires in a connector. Use caution and use a plastic trim tool to take out. The dash material will damage easily.
