Scroll through the setup screen on the instrument panel until you find the one for locks. I take it you mean when you pull on the handle it will not open. If the handle is loose, like nothing connected, then the plastic latch mechanism is broken leading from the handle to the lock. The handle requires changing and the inner door panel must be removed to do it.
