Definitely get bowfa, if you're planning to do insanity expert runs. Last rowing at warden p4 will be much smoother and Zebak will be faster. They're both amazing, but the Bowfa even without the armor is a huge upgrade in a gulf of ranged alternatives. The only other competitor in your situation is your standard RCB/Crystal Bow/MSB (which are all roughly the same power) and then the Tbow.
