I was 1cm at 28, 2 cm at my next appointment then from there I don't remember when I hit 3 cm but it was with in 1 to 2 appointments so 34 to 36 weeks, somewhere in there.

JLLx4. Dilation and effacement is just our bodies preparing. Best way to look at it, is it's less our bodies have to go when we go into labor. You can go to your due date this way. I have been dilated 4 cm this pregnancy since 34 weeks 50% effaced. Currently 36w6d today.
