I could probably do it in two hours as I’ve done a couple Honda valve jobs. It's not unusual to get +/-5% but when you get to 10%, it usually means there's something fishy going on. I'm guessing that the air/fuel ratio is still off due to injectors or valves. Both lobes are on the heel and a few degrees either way won't make any difference, and beside, if you just line it up in the center of the hole it will be right on anyway.
