The Ruger probably has an upper hand.* Out of the box, stays as-is, is the toss up. The "not the Mark III because of field stripping" argument now goes in favor of the Mark IV. The Victory's screw is blown away by the IV. Point to Ruger. I, personally, like the feel of the Victory over the Mark III in my hand. Nothing but two cents.

My vote is for the Mark IV 22/45 Lite. It's a great gun as is but I'd add the Volquartsen Accurizing Kit and a compensator from Tandemkross (Game Changer Pro).
