Kren and Antandra are much more important +30 9/9 heroes if you want use your swap scroll on your maxed Safiya. Grezhul, Oden, Silas and Desira are also great options. Daimon, Thoran, Eironn, Mishka would also be better than Thali at +30 9/9 imo. Thali is my favorite hero, but unfortunately she is not OP.
