Now at 139,00k it's leaking coolant again. I pulled the lower plenum and am changing the gaskets, cleaned the LIM. the mating faces on the LIM and head aren't pitted or corroded. The UIM gaskets only come as Nylon 6,6, the LIM gaskets are the ones that come in nylon 6,6 and the reliable aluminum framed one. I still use Dex Cool as well, as long as you bleed the air out when you maintain it as you should, then I don't think you'll really have a problem with it, some do a full flush and run Zerex G5..It was initially listed around a month ago, so hopefully if it does look like it could just be the elbow or LIM gasket they'll be willing to negotiate a bit.
