Sorento SX stuck in Neutral - Loose Wire. I thought I would post this here in case anyone else came across this strange occurrence. So I was driving my Sorento when I noticed that the “D” light (Drive) all of a sudden flicked off on the gauge cluster area and became blank along with the check engine light turning on.

If you use auto hold it will apply the parking brake when you go into park. Ok no biggie but when you start the engine and shift to drive the brake is still applied. You have to shift back into reverse and wait until it disengages the P brake.
