This happens to every broker at some point, even institutional brokers (i was an institutional broker to hedge funds and ias for over 7+ years) - it doesnt happen all the time but when it does, easy fix, have a backup. Im considering of having Tradestation as a backup but Tradovate will always be my main.

It’s the tradovate merge or whatevr you want to call it issue, this was to be expected imho ( I’ve had both forever) Also I beta tested the NT / and Tradovate setup.
