The only stat players will not be able to re-roll is the Light Stat on Cosmic Empowered Gems. Well I don´t have any gem maxed, only empowered wtih 2 stats at 100% and a few lessers with 1 stat at 100%. And I have only 2 lvl2 crystal gears, only one of them is upgraded. And I´m over 30k.
