Start at Giant Size X-men #1 ...But, Wolverine is the toughest to kill, and therefore has the most endurance. Beast would probably have the highest agility, and would therefore be able to avoid a lot of hits. Then, strategy wise, Cyclops would still be a tough opponent because he can do a lot of maneuvering in a fight. I think Evolution is the most interesting twist on the X-Men and actually offers something different than the comics in a good way.
