Update: As of 11:20AM EST issue is resolved. Problem was related to migration of cloud services IPTV (change of IP address) in the Azure cloud for U-Verse mid-region IPTV …If it was already there you need to subscribe to uverse (also see problem below). If it is for your account you need to still contact uverse tech support (800-288-2020) to find out when you service is to be activated. Until then you cannot use the equipment.
