Enabling Debug Mode in Stalker Anomaly. Before using these commands, enable debug mode in the game launcher in Stalker Anomaly. There's an option on the left side of the launcher labeled debug mode. After enabling this, press ESC and then F7 in-game to access the item spawner and other debug features.

So it would take 4 yadulin uses (around 5k) to have the same value as medkit with 2 uses. The only time Yadulin is good is when you are exactly 30% hp short. In that case, yadulin would be fully cost effective while half of one medikit's use would be wasted.But if you're playing on Warfare mode, you can declare war on a faction by right-clicking on a squad from their faction, and press declare war. I don't remember if you need to have the faction leader thing enabled, but I don't think you do.
