Kinda cool to stay at a lodge in the middle of the sequoia national park. Truth be told, it's overpriced, a little musty, a little rundown, with a sub-par cafeteria. Nice deck to eat on, but that's about it. Wish we checked out the reviews before we came because then we would have brought our own food like everyone else recommended.

Dec 2, 2023 · Spectacular sequoia trees! Park has two entrances, one through the south end of Sequoia, and one through Kings Canyon national Park. There is a shuttle that everyone should use. It was very busy and trying to find parking after 10 was about impossible. Come early get a parking spot at a shuttle stop and use the shuttle.
