It wasn’t until I Googled it and found this Reddit thread that I learned what was actually happening. But a lot of people won’t go that extra step (and some people may not even think to do it or know what DoorDash even is). If Petco wants to use DoorDash, they need to make that clear. It’s just not right to abuse drivers for their deliveries.

We had 40lb bags of the SoPhresh litter that guests could purchase, but we also used those to fill the litter bin.
