Fire Control Aced would be nice too, but usually not needed. You run Die Hard ace but you don't have a ballistic vest. wtf is this build lmao. The Grimm 12G Shotgun is hands down the best crowd control weapon in Payday 2. Using Dragon Breath Rounds, Auto Fire, and a combination of attachments to make the accuracy go to ♥♥♥♥ (because of certain mechanics that I don't care to explain, decreasing accuracy increases spread on shotguns), you can make this thing Heroshima 2 Remastered.
Inspire Aced. If you're downed and either of these 2 things happen. 1: Doctor bag, use it. 2: another downed heister. If you use a doctor bag while using the ampule to get back up, you will be instantly revived. Same for after reviving someone. Unlike Kingpin, Leech won't take every aggro for using their throwable.

there isn't really a best build. you can hand someone new to dsod leech and they'll still suck, but a long time player will dominate. that applies to other builds/perk decks as well. if you're looking to play with minimal effort, use stoic. if you're looking to play with some effort, take leech. both are arguably the best perk decks in the game ...A solo holdout build.
