The codes it pulled from that were P0300 multiple misfire and P0152 Bank 2 position 1 O2 sensor high voltage. I added some displays to the Torque app to look at my O2 voltages and found this - O2 bank 2 position 2 is at 0.0V and bank 1 is at 1.3V. The bank 1 sensors are right at 0.85 ish volts.

You will need more than you listed unless you are ok with going nuts with a grinder. I have a 1.25bl and metal cloak fenders.4.0 Idler Pulley. I've been rebuilding my Jeep as best I can for a year and half, almost ready to test start it but I don't know how to attach the idler pulley. I started with a 1990 4.2L and was given a 1991 4.0L.
ALL 4.0 engines use the same belt. If the vehicle was an "AC delete", an idler pulley was put in place of the compressor. And-----there is NO WAY to "reroute" a shorter belt to bypass the need for the idler pulley. CJ7 Frame and underside of the tub painting questions. So I finally have my tub, engine, and frame stripped down to where all I have to do now is sand, and paint it and patch a few rust spots. I looked at all the commercial kits available, by they are not cheap ($900 to $3000). I looked at a junkyard MPFI off a 4.0 but, I like simple, so I decided on a GM TBI for a 4.3l.4.7stroker. There is no reason you couldn't install a 4.2 intake and slap a carb on it. I took a 99+ intake and with some modiications and a home brew adaptor I installed a MC2150. Check out pics in my gallery for the conversion. To some it seems like a backwards step but for me I need the simplicity it gives me.Translations: "Type 1" means lap belt. If you want to figure out if it is the sender or the gauge (not likely the gauge) you could measure the resistance at the connector with a full tank of gas and compare it to the resistance with an empty one.
