@LindyB . To get help with your speed issues, the reps will need some speed test results, and from tests run in a specific way. The instructions for running the speed tests are here.Please make sure to use the proper test size(s) (25MB and 4MB) and run the tests with a LAN cable connected device and with the HughesNet modem's WiFi disabled (instructions for disabling it are there, as well).

Hi rknrbn, I'm glad you found the community, thank you for posting. The wifi settings are the only settings we cannot access remotely. However, you should be able to access the System Control Center to get to your wifi settings.

If you're using a device, try going to the website and see whether that works. If it works, the problem is not with Prime and you'd have to troubleshoot the devices themselves.
