It’s basically just the Regal Rewards, but instead of doing daily quests, you have to defeat “Kane” in the lab instead. Kane is the last boss of each arcane labyrinth floor. Faction Towers are an addtional feature of the King’s Tower. It’s unlocked after completing stage 15-1. Each tower can only be challenged by a team of heroes that are the same faction as the tower. You can only complete 10 floors per day and the different towers are rotated on a daily basis. There’s currently 4 different towers. I realized that healing comps like energy cycle don't technically use CC, but silence - hence they do 20% less dmg more often than they debuff enemy teams. Unless you use heroes like Tasi which isn't meta. Same with stall teams. On paper I belive you need aoe CC for healing teams - but I don't know if it really matters that much. While HoE also has a smaller buff/debuff system, just watch LC tournaments and see what teams top players use and work on some of those. Just do keep in mind some 5* e30/60 teams may not work as well was people who win LC since their teams are probably e80/100 with maxed furniture.
