There are many problems you can face with the CUE setup so it's best to get this "recorded" in their system in case you need warranty replacement (I assume you're still under warranty).

WAIT apprx 30 seconds prior to turning Key ON so the Unit can INITIALIZE. Then turn Key on and start vehicle t see if there is any response. NO response, use of GM Dealer Scan Tool is needed to Test, Program and Update. There is a likelyhood the CUE will need Repaired or Replaced, as these Units have tremendous issues.

It may be possible that the hard drive is dying.
