Bose 900 soundbar troubleshooting no sound.

Since I connected the Bose smarter 600, I'm facing intermittent issues. Sometimes there is absolutely no sound output until I hard reset by disconnecting power from wall socket. The app shows the song is being played but no sound output from sound bar. This is my second unit with the same issue.Received the 900 yesterday and was able to set it up without a hitch. Was working great in the evening and up until this afternoon (we're talking less than 24hrs after opening the box).
