2 posts · Joined 2010. #1 · Apr 16, 2010. After riding for about 20 minutes I noticed a smell of burning oil. I looked back by the exhaust and it looked like oil was dripping on the rear diff. You will have to go to your Suzuki / Burgman dealer and have them read the codes. Usually it is a problem detected in the fuel injection system. The only way to remove the err message is to fix the problem and reset the system.However there was about 75% of the other mechanics there that knew about the problem and had tryed there own way to fix it. if you dont feel confident doing it your self, take it to the dealer, but make shore that they know what you mean when you tell them the problem. I got a 2007 king quad 700 replaced the starter silonoid and battery and it ran good for about 5 days and all of a sudden I went to ride and it won’t turn over. The starter silonoid just makes a clicking noise. There is a black electronic device under the seat that from what I'm told drains the battery over a short period of time. There is a newer upgrade you can get that "fixes" the battery drain problem.
