Also, Amanda truly is Ripley 's daughter, as established by Aliens. However, after Colonial Marines, I don't think Fox is keen on making anything else canon except movies.Synths would fare better but still ultimately lose. Xeno is stronger, more agile, can drop from above, and has multiple weapons at its disposal (regular jaws, striking jaws, talons, tail) that allow for close and ranged attacks. In a hand to hand fight the synth would still be outnumbered and outclassed in terms of weapons and striking distance.The issue with both Alien: Covenant and Prometheus is not that they are “bad” movies. It’s just that they focus too much on completing the story rather than how they should tell the story. They are both beautifully CGI’d films, but they’re poorly shot films, and they tell the story rather than show the story.
