The Jeep keeps going into Limp mode. We have run the codes and done the following: Replaced PCM. Replaced cam shaft position sensor with OEM sensor twice. Replaced OPDA. Put the Jeep back in time. Checked entire wiring system and fixed any places that were damaged.

The code I was getting when my jeep was doing the exact same thing was. P06dd. Apparently this is common enough on the new 3.6 they set guidelines to follow when you get the code. Step 1 reset the code and send you on your way. Step 2 change oil filter and pressure sensor and send you on your way. Step 3 oil pump.
