Right now I think the dasher direct is doing 10 percent back on gas when it normally does 2 percent. Costco credit card gives 4 percent back on gas. Sams club credit card gives 5 percent back on gas. They also have cash back on other categories. Long term, other credit cards are better for rewards. Many other credit cards with similar perks. It depends on the gas station. At the one I usually go to, the pump does a pre-auth of $1 on my capital one card and lets me pump a full tank. That's come in handy a few times. At that same station my dasher direct card won't work at the pump with $50 on it, and doesn't ask me if it's credit or debit.
