Honors Major. The Department offers an honors major for students of outstanding academic promise with an overall GPA of 3.5 or higher. Political Science 381 is a prerequisite for admittance to the honors major. Typically, PS 381 is offered both Fall and Winter terms. At the conclusion of the course students apply for admission to the honors major.

Honors Housing has reserved spaces in South Quad: Frederick, Taylor, Hunt, and Bush. Single-gender and substance-free housing options are available in Frederick House.
