You just need to keep unplugging the usb and turning off the headset until it turns blue, thats what worked for me anyways. My pair of Turtle Beach Stealth 600 g2 max's USB Transmitter just keeps cutting the power to my Xbox and not allowing it to turn on while the USB Transmitter is connected.
