If you're trying to beat the test and in your experience 3 works for you great. Of other people especially if your heavy users 4-7 days it should clear the system enough for the test.

Take a competent B-vitamin complex 1-2 hours prior to the test. Try to avoid drinking fluids for an hour or two before the test, unless you want to test dilute (as opposed to positive).
