Cyberpunk overwatch stuck in inventory.

When they take your weapons, you get it back and it’s fixed. Funny, I think I have a different issue than everyone else: When I open Wilson's (2nd Amendment's) inventory, Dying Night simply isn't there to get. I've never had it, and I have the quest to go get it. But there is no Dying Night to get. so, tried on existing save, tried on a new game, tried total reinstall; after the newest patch, i cant equip or unequip weapons anymore, and once i draw a gun i cant put it away or swap to a new one, cant reload, etc. top left has a bar saying "action blocked".Cyberpunk 2077 > General Discussions > Topic Details. I've tried waiting for about an hour, uninstalling and reinstalling vortex and installing vortex on the same drive as the game. After re-installing vortex, I haven't installed any mods and it still wont go past the intro cutscene.
