I originally booked a horrible hotel room and needed to cancel the second day reservation (there were bugs and it was clearly unclean). Only to find out that online prices are lower than the actual price you customer service team are charging you false advertisement. Then they tell you that the rooms you looking had just been sold out and the same room that is available is going at a higher price.
