Our 2020 Ford F250 Super Duty came with a factory 3 leaf spring pack. The leaf springs are rather thick to give the rated load capacity but at the sacrifice of ride comfort and suspension travel. Has anyone successfully placed 37" bfg km2's on a f250 with a 4" suspension lift with little to no modifications to the truck. I wouldn't do anything bigger than a 35 on 20x12. I personally wouldn't even go that big. So the weight difference you're talking is maybe 5-10 lbs. Carli arms really are more about bling than function. They are notched to give 1/2" additional clearance at full steering lock. This is completely a non-issue with greater offset wheels and 37s.

After the Lift and 37s I have put an additional 5.3K miles averaging 11.8 mpg, please keep in mind this is with an Un-Corrected Odometer. In my YJ, I'm running a 79 F250 front Dana 44 converted to 5 x 5.5 using F150 Dana 44 knuckles out. Rear is a mid-90s 8.8 out of an F150, which is also 5 x 5.5.

In the Jeep Wrangler world they say 37s over 35 are a deal breaker for a daily driver.

Everything riding good. Got the 2.5 inch kit with track bar relocation bracket. Set up is 37x13.50R22 Nitto Recon Grapplers and 22x10 Axe Icarus wheels.
