So I had Fidium installed last week. They registered my MAC Address and all was good, but I had a UDM SE on the way. KNowing they register via mac address I tried cloning, to no success. I then called them to register the new Mac Address. They can't even see the router. But it's all properly connected, I've reset the modem obviously. So I'm lost.
