You can make a character on the same Data Center (Primal) and use the World Visit to play with your friend, with some restrictions, or your friend can transfer for free to a preferred world to play with you. It really is the raider server to Balmung’s RP server. It’s spread fairly evenly across Primal, but if you took all of Primals raiders and added them together, it would be around half or a little over half of what Gilgamesh is for stuff like Extremes and Ultimate clears.
