F150 4 inch lift with 33s.

I would level or coil overs, especially for 33s. Just did a level myself and although I like it, I think the coilovers are a better setup. I would check with Alex at F150lifts. They are a vendor on this forum. Mar 1, 2011 · Yes springs is all that gives urge lift but need axle drop brackets as well or your suspension would be jacked up. Got BDS 4in Trailing arm lift which gives u way more articulation and tire clearance due too bent in longer arms. Got 33x12.5R16s and still rub bent arms at full steer.
