PS3 Moves do work with the PS4, lots of people bought PS3 Moves when nobody wanted them (i.e. cheap) and the PS4 ones were in short supply. Actually, the moves that first came out for PSVR are slightly different internally to the PS3 ones. The mini ones will work, but the micro ones do not.
