Hello I have a question does anyone know if the 2018 Scat Pack Charger comes from the factory with a top speed already logged in the performance page on the instrument panel? I bought a 2018 Charger with 250 miles on it and saw that it had been up to 167mph at one time.

Only way to remove is with a tuner, or a tune from a 3rd party. Remember, starting in 2015+, you can't just buy a tuner and tune the stock PCM. You need to buy a tuner, as well as an unlocked PCM to tune.
