In my 2018 Explorer, "Sport" mode was totally jacked up by the factory. The shift schedule was the same as Drive and it doesn't want to stay in the numerically lower gears as much as Sport mode in the SHO/Fusion Sport. If anything, the "Sport" mode on the Explorer XLT is more like manual mode with the Sport mode pedal ratio.These are the two parts that the dealer claimed they replaced to fix my passenger side heated and cooled seat when it stopped working.
