Just having more power doesn't mean you'll have more top speed. What having more power can do is let you run taller gearing since the engine will have the power to pull through it. The Tillotson 212E won't work with your headlight. They don't make a billet flywheel that will work with the light either as far as I know.

Ducar 212 is a much better built, put together engine then the predator. Clearances are very similar to a honda right outta the box. Has a much better combo of parts, better flywheel, head, cam, rod, carb, air box, muffler, the block is reinforced. Comes ouuta the box running 5300 rpm with the governor installed.
