Once you give it a minute and it finally stays in Neutral and you start it it’s ok for a few minutes and then the - comes on flashing a 22 code.

It will shift but you really have to jam it into gear. I have adjusted the clutch bolt on the front of the motor a couple times and it makes no difference.

When she first starts out with a cold engine, shifing from 1st to 2nd, you have to hit the shift button 3 or 4 times before it will shift into 2nd. If you're going to take your atv swimming, you would minimize the likelihood of a problem by staying with a manual foot shift. Honda doesn't recommend taking your atv in deep water.
